Kupang Resources (ASX: KPR) will recover costs of $477,900 after it was successful in the Federal Court appeal proceedings brought by Phillip Grimaldi.
Grimaldi’s appeal was dismissed with costs and the company filed a Bill of Costs on 11 December 2013.
On 3 February 2014, the Federal Court issued an estimate for the costs of the appeals in the amount of $477,900.
No objection was made to that estimate by either party within the relevant time period and a certificate of taxation was sealed by the Federal Court on 5 March 2014.
